Each design is printed in vibrant, full color and ready to heat press onto your favorite trucker hat.

Transfer Details

• Designed specifically for trucker hats

• Maximum design size: 6" wide × 3" tall

• Designs are proportionally sized to fit within these dimensions, whichever limit is reached first.

• Ready to press — no cutting or weeding required.

• Transfer only — hat is NOT included.

Please note: Designs will vary in their final dimensions depending on their original proportions. Not every design will measure exactly 6" × 3".

**Please keep in mind that I am a one-woman show. I am offering DTF prints at the request of customers- this is not my main business and my processing time is not ‘same day’ shipping. Please allow a few days for DTFs to print and ship off to you. :) 

Heat Press Instructions

1. Preheat your heat press to 310°F.

2. Position your transfer on the trucker hat and secure with heat tape.

3. Press for 5–6 seconds using FIRM, even pressure. *some designs I have to press more on the right side and then the left side so every part of the transfer gets pressed, depending on how big your heat plat is, you make need to do the same. 

4. Allow the transfer to cool completely before peeling the carrier film.

5. Cover the design with parchment paper or a similar protective sheet.

6. Press again for approximately 3 seconds to finish.

Important: A hat heat press is recommended for best results. Pressing temperatures and times may need slight adjustments depending on your equipment and hat material. Always test your settings before pressing multiple hats. Even though a heat press is what I recommend, a mini iron/ mini head press CAN be used. Press your design in the center first, then work your way applying pressure on the left and right side of the design. Allow design to cool and re-press just like the above instructions.
