PLEASE NOTE: I do not accept returns unless an item arrives damaged or was somehow compromised. Do not expose to extreme heat (that means not leaving it in a hot car or in directly sunlight for hours at a time). Do not soak in hot water.  If the pen is dropped and cracks, I am not responsible for repairing that damage but might be able to reach a solution- honesty goes a long way. =)
